Face-to-face sessions for individuals

After an initial phone call to assess your needs i offer a first session at a reduced price.

First session full hour

If you wish to continue therapy further sessions are at standard rate.

Standard session full hour

Four sessions paid in advance - non-refundable £200.

Face-to-face Couples sessions

Initial phone call - free. Introduction session - one hour.

First therapy phase 5-hours of therapy including access to Gottman material

Includes 2 x 90-minute joint sessions and 2 x 1-hour individual sessions

This fee includes also extra counsellor time for assessment and analysis.

Subsequent Joint couple 90-minute sessions.

Concessionary rates available for counselling students and frontline workers. please ask for further details.
